Thrifty Treasures

I have a couple of new things to share - this patio set was a FREE find - one of our neighbors had this out by the curbside a couple of weeks ago.  It has a few rust spots - I need to touch up the chairs with some black spray paint.  I had some white paint that I sprayed the table top with.

And yesterday I got this nice table / desk from a yard sale for $20.  I am using it in Thomas' room for a bedside table.

    SO jealous...that is very very close to what I am looking for. I missed out on a free patio set at a yard sale last summer by like 10 seconds. Looks great!

    Hello from San Angelo, Texas...I'm always happy to meet another Texas Gal. From the looks of your beautiful yard with lots of trees you are in a different area of Texas than me. What a great Freebie in the patio set and the desk is perfect as a bed side table. Isn't it fun finding such bargins for your beautiful new home?
